According to 'Simple Cryptology' by Dave Ferret of -cDc- CULT OF THE DEAD COW -cDc-

"Books can be ordered from Aegan Park Press. They aren't cheap, but they are the only known public source for most of these and other books of historical and analytical interest.

Write for catalog to:

Aegean Park Press
P.O. Box 2837
Laguna Hills, CA 92654-0837"

See Simple Cryptology (http://www.cultdeadcow.com/cDc_files/cDc-0226.txt)

Interestingly, Drew of fromadia.com also quotes exactly the same source in the same words in his post 'Simple Cryptology from a Simple Cryptologer (http://www.fromadia.com/categoryread.php?catid=15)'.

Which came first, Drew or Ferret? I don't know.

it was a miracle of rare device, a sunny pleasure dome with caves of ice...

Dont forget libraries at local universities!

I typically spend about one day a month at the university searching through various references that may not be freely available through other channels...
