Profile Config

How do I create a profile config in VC7 and profile an app? I'm interested only in unmanaged C++ Win32 apps.

VC6 had /PROFILE switch. But as per MS docs, the /PROFILE linker option has been removed in VC7.

Has anyone found a way around it?
