Data Grid Controls

Hello, I am new to VB and self learning so please bear with me if this seems easy or whatever. I am trying to place a datagrid on a form and have it show at least 25 rows, in one of the columns, I want to have a drop down list with certain selections available. I have the Grid on the form, the headings all set up, etc, I need help on setting the number of rows initially available (25) and the Dropdown List Pick in the one column.
Any help would be Greatly appreciated.
