I have created a user control which is placed on many of the forms
in the project.

Sometimes the usercontrols is automatically removed from the forms.
My project is into SourceSafe. So sometimes when i checkout the
form the usercontrols automatically becomes visible on the form.

I come to know this when i run that particular form.

Sometimes it works out if i remove the project and come back,
but this is a very rare case. Now i can't keep on checking out
each and every form and keep on placing the controls on the form.
Is there any proper solution for this problem.

When a control fails to load, the VB IDE creates a .LOG file which tells you which control failed to load.

You will probably find that this failure is because the control in question is not registered correctly.
