sub: how to design report in crystal report

i have one table that represents a company heirarchy like this:

Table: CO_H

ID Description Parent_ID
-------------------------------------------------
01 Director 00
02 Accountant 01
03 Software Develop. Manager 01
04 Marketing Manager 01
05 Software Engineer 03
06 SQA Engineer 03
07 Documentor 03
08 Coordinator 04


This heirarchy is variable length and variable in levels.
And i need report in the following format

01 Director
02 Accountant
03 Software Develop. Manager
05 Software Engineer
06 SQA Engineer
07 Documentor
04 Marketing Manager
08 Coordinator

Please give me the suggestion and solution for it.
