TDBGrid v5 - Licencing Issue

I've just inherited a VB5 App which uses TDBG5.OCX, but am experiencing licensing problems. I've contacted the vendor, but cannot obtain a licensed copy, could anyone direct me to a copy, either a free download or a legitimate copy to buy
