setup wizard for vb application

dear gurus,
this is my first posting since i signed this site.
now comming on to my doubts.
i have developed a media player in VB 6.0 using windows media player controls.i finished with everything and made .exe file and setup wizard using packaging and deployment wizard in vb.

Q.NO.1..IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO MAKE A SETUP WIZARD USING THIRD PARTY SOFTWARES?IF SO WHAT ARE THEY?
Q.NO.2..AFTER SETUP WIZARD I WANT TO MAKE AN INSTALL SHIELD FOR OTHER USERS TO DOWNLOAD MY MEDIA PLAYER.WHAT ARE THE SOFTWARES EXISTING?

Q.NO.3..HOW TO GET A DESKTOP ICON AFTER RUNNING THE SETUP WIZARD?

A-1) Yes u can create setup using third party tools like Install Sheild,Wise Installer,Install Anywhere etx

A-2) I didn't get ur question once u have created the setup using packaging and deployment wizard why do u want to create a setup of setup using Install Sheild

1...thanx very much.where can i get (web site) third party tools?
2..i mean install sheld for the setup wizard.using this setup wizard i want to create a custom install shield and upload to my music site.
