Sector reading (CD Rom) Audio

I want to be able to read a sector (frame by frame) of an audio CD-ROM and play the sectors at the same time.

Is it posible for me to do this using the C++ under DOS.

(I guess this can be done by using the MSCDEX and a Dos driver for a specified SoundCard, but I need HELP... :)
