Any idea on how to use FTP API from WININET.DLL?

I'm writing a component to utilize the FTP/INTERNET APIs from WININET.DLL. Everything works great except listing the directory contents. I can get the filename properly but for some reasons, the FILETIME and FILESIZE are not properly filled up by the FtpFindFirstFile() and InternerFindNextFile().

Anyone?
