apllication works in win98 but not in win2k

HI,

I have written a database application (ACCESS) in VB6 SP5 Prof. ed on win 98. When i moved the code to VB6 SP5 Enterp. ed on windows 2000 the Date and format functions stopped working. i receive the following message: can't find project or library

Can anyone help me solve this
