I am looking for a good book on ActiveX. It must deal with the full spectrum of ActiveX programming. Especially building ActiveX servers.

The samples that come with VB should give enough information to get you started. Dan Appleman of Desaware has a good book on ActiveX programming - take a look at http://www.desaware.com
