Open PDF File From URL

I'm developing a ActiveX that must read and display a PDF file inside an Internet Browser. I was looking for a method to open a file from an URL in the Acrobat SDK Reference (IAC) buy didn't find any. I'm using Visual Basic 6 as developing tool. Can anyone tell me if there's a method or any workaround for opening the file?.
