Resize a datagrid

Hello,

I've got yet another question. I want to put a text box and a datagrid on one form. I want them both to take up about half of the space on the screen, but then I'd like the user to make on or the other bigger then the other would become smaller. So, if there were lots of text, but nothing in the datagrid the person could enlarge the textbox and at the same time the datagrid would become smaller.

Any thoughts? I really appreciate all of your help.

EDIT
Or something I just thought of. Could I have the textbox take up the entire form and then resize the datagrid over top as I need?
