Directory does not have write permission

When I try to add a new item, in this case a new class, I recieve the following "Directory does not have write permission"? I am running VB.net with Win XP Home, plan to update to XP Pro this week. :confused:

Just check the User has the Administrator Privilege

Or you could just set up the current user to have write privileges to that directory
