How to create a phonebook entry?

Is anyone who knows how to create a phonebook entry (win98) without calling DialogBox (wizzard).

I figured it out but thanks for your try.

RasSetEntryProperties deals with the creating the dial up connections without calling the dialog boxes and wizzards.
