How can I return a value from a VB Programm. I'd like to return a value as you can do in C applications when returning from WinMain().
Is there a way to do this?

I am not a C developer (so maybe you're looking for something else), but if I understand the question, you should be building a called program. Whic may be a dll, called through a method, which may be a function, which will give you back a value.
If this is not the case (ie: you are looking to give back a value from a standard exe), then I am afraid there is not a "standard way"...

There is a way - but it isn't advised really.

You need to use the ExitProcess API:

'Declaration
Declare Sub ExitProcess Lib "kernel32" Alias "ExitProcess" (byval uExitCode as Long)

Make sure it is the very last thing you call after cleaning up all your application's object references.

uExitCode will be returned to the calling process.

Check out the new downloads - ImageMap.ocx is the VB control that emulates an HTML image map, EventVB.OCX for adding new events to your VB form and adding System Tray support simply, MCL Hotkey for implemenmting system-wide hotkeys in your application...all with source code included.
