DatetimePicker gives warning message

When I attempt to use the Microsoft DatetimePicker ActiveX control on my web page I get the following warning:

An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page...

What is causing this and can I stop it?

Actually, tell me how to stop it, I don't care what is causing it.
