Anyway to save form as a image

Is there ANY way that I can save my form and its contents to any image format. Something like a PrintScreen.

Any Help is great!!!!

Just an idea
Use the SendKey function to send the PrintScreen key. (Or use the Proper API to get the contents of the Active Window to the clip board)
Then paste the clip board content to a file
