Programming For Dual Processors

I am writing an app that will be running on a PC with two 1.7GHz Xeon processors. I am wondering
if there is any special programming techniques that can be used to take advantage of dual
processors. If anyone has any experience with this and could provide me any detail or code
it would be greatly appreciated.
