Out of MEMORY????

I am having a project, where, usually, if I try to create a EXE file, it may create a EXE file for the first time, and for the second time, after making some changes in the source file, if you again make a EXE file, it usually compiles the file, then during linking stage, it says "out of memory" and the whole VB needs to be closed, the VB program has to be terminated without saving.

What is the problem/solution.
The hardware, my software, VB 6.0.

My operating system is Windows me.VB 6.0 and I am using Crystal Reports 7.0

This is very very urgent.
