I am new to Visual Basic. I wanted to try what skill I have to make a save-game editor for Heroes of Might and Magic. I've already designed the visual interface, and have added information for dropdown boxes and such. I have downloaded the list of offsets to use when editing the saved game. What I need help with is the actual programming. I need to know how to utilize the file offsets to make the program fulfill it's purpose. Could anyone give me some advice? If you like, I could send you my files so you can see for yourself what I've done so far, and what needs doing still. If anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it.
