Error Loading DLL..Help

Hello all,

I have referenced a DLL to use and VB recognizes the DLL's methods. But, when I try to make a new .EXE I get the error message "Error loadind DLL"
What can I do to solve this problem??

If it's not a COM dll then it has to be in the project folder.
