getting time from DB

I'm trying to get a time to my DB- msaccess like (20:00),

But it gets the time with the date. When I insert the dataset in the datagrid it uses the default date 30/12/1899 .

I want to see in the grid just the hour - how to.

Please don't tell me that I have to edit all the values in the dataset :(
