Application Doesn't Exit

I'm having problems with an application that refuses to completely remove itself from memory. This project has about half a dozen user controls in the project which are then placed on the main form. The only Set commands I use is for DAO database access, and I've made sure that on termination I set those to nothing. For some reason when the application exists it hangs up in memory. Ctrl-Alt-Del shows it resident in memory, but I cannot figure out why. I've also got three different timers in the application, but I don't expect those are causing any problems. Someone please help!!!
