look at it this way, they join the 3 in a row club (my cowboys are in that club also ;) )

btw I don't think that hit on mcnabb was late, I can see the guy not being able to see that the other lineman had mcnabbs shoe ;)

they should have called more penalities instead of waiting til the game was ending though.

it outta be interesting with new england and carolina though, should be a very close game, they match up pretty well, except at quarterback. New england has the edge ;)

The engineers knew they had to design a simple way to restart the computer should it fail. Bradley wrote the code to make it work.

"I didn't know it was going to be a cultural icon," Bradley said. "I did a lot of other things than CtrlAltDelete, but I'm famous for that one."

His fame depends on others failures.

At a 20-year celebration for the IBM PC, Bradley was on a panel with Microsoft founder Bill Gates and other tech icons. The discussion turned to the keys.

"I may have invented it, but Bill made it famous," Bradley said.
Gates didn't laugh.

Some ways to get banned:
1. Call ****** a ****** or a **** *****.
2. Put Ketchup on your scrambled eggs.
3. Wear a polka dot bowtie and a tennis shoe over your head.
4. Wear a baseball hat backwards.
5. Start a C Program with void main() rather than int main().
6. Insist that your sorting algorithm is better than any other algorithm on earth for all possible cases.
7. Aver that COBOL is the only real programming language.
8. Commit un-natural acts with a Mac.

/A bird sitting in a cage, especially that kind of a big one which is a symbol of mighty and freedome, is really sad.

Well, I had a parrot. It could talk and it flew all over the flat, returning to the cage only to eat and to sleep (well, the last one not without our "help"). Every morning it were screaming until someone opened a cage, then it could fly around. Oh... and when someone was going to open a cage in the morning, it said "Hello... hello... Well it was a big farking cage, but still. We also had a 'free flying' nesting pair on the refuge. I had a cockatiel well it wasn't mine the familys more like it, it could whistle talk blah blah, but you really couldn't let the sucker out of the cage cause he'd go ape and fly around the farking place...guess he was trying to make a jail break. My sis in law just got a parrot to add to her collection of animals...like a farking zoo going over her house (she's a vet tech so you know how those people are)...doesn't talk yet, but I'm sure it will, he's pretty docile..walks around on the table eats the grapes...problem is there are 2 cats ;)

I read this thread from beginning.
At page 13 I realized that its 2 years old.
At page 16 I got bored.
At page 20 I gave up and found out that there is 30 more...
Conclusion: I shouldnt read everything what gets before my eyes.

OTOH, Id like to notice, that it is impossible to post in this topic. (I left 30 pages unread, so I do not know if anybody already said that).
If you post a post which you think is off-topic, it is not off-topic, because it is on topic of this thread. If you post a post which is off-topic, it is on topic of this thread, so it is not off-topic. AFAIR some liar in some ancient times also had this problem. He had bought a large map representing the sea,
Without the least vestige of land:
And the crew were much pleased when they found it to be
A map they could all understand.

"What's the good of Mercator's North Poles and Equators,
Tropics, Zones, and Meridian Lines?"
So the Bellman would cry: and the crew would reply
"They are merely conventional signs!

"Other maps are such shapes, with their islands and capes!
But we've got our brave Captain to thank:"
(So the crew would protest) "that he's bought us the best --
A perfect and absolute blank!"
