Printing problem

I have a problem. When users use a bubble jet printer the report they print is coming out on two pages instead of the one page it's supposed to be. One page prints out the graphics (lines, boxes, etc.) and the second page prints out the text.

Is there a problem with bubble jet printers that any one may know of?

Any help greatly appreciated.
