Client/server

Hi ,
I design client/server application
I have problem the client appliction can not acess the server
appliction
I have server machine NT4 server the client machine is win95 workstation
the problem may be in the network
what is the steps to install the app on the server and the step to install
and registre the application on client macheine(win95)
I tried many ways but still no respond...
