C# .NET developer (two positions: one junior, one senior)
Required skills:
• Extensive commercial experience developing applications with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, Windows Forms and/or Compact Framework, ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS, ADO.NET, Web Services)
• Solid understanding of modern development best practices.
Desirable skills:
• Experience deploying server-side applications and databases.
• Development of highly-secure e-commerce applications.
• Experience designing compelling and usable interfaces.
Bonus skills:
• Artificial intelligence (natural language processing, machine learning)
• 3D rendering and physics, text-to-speech or computer vision
Flash application developer
Required skills:
• Extensive experience developing Flash-based, rich internet applications using ActionScript, server connectivity with XML, web services and/or remoting.
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience designing compelling and usable interfaces.
• Using and creating v2 components.
Desirable skills:
• HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross browser issues.
• Server-side programming in .NET or Java.
• E-commerce development experience.
Bonus skills:
• Artistic sense.
