Need to log user actions in IE

I would like to build a VB.Net application for a current research project. What I need to be able to do is log user actions from Internet Explorer, such as:

- URL's accessed
- bookmarks, back/forward buttons
- mouse movements
- etc...

Can anyone direct me to some documentation or code snipets that may be helpful?
