VB Repository and user documentation

Hi;

I was wondering how to activate the user documentation option under "Project/Add

User Document". I would like to use this to add information about each project as it develops and include final documentation attached directly to projects and ocx's. Or as an alternative, is there any 3rd party addins that can accomplish this for us.

hehe, a user doc. is used in activex dlls and activex exes to replace forms and for internet stuff...
