Hi,
Does anyone know of any problems when the DCOM95 (IE4.01-SP1) installation is WinInstalled?
I have some such installations, and the Client application running on the Windows 95 desktops gives a GPF very unpredictably, and even when the user is NOT at all working with the Client. This GPF happens in variable modules (KERNEL32.dll, OLE32.dll, <unknown>).
The client desktops were rolled out by 'Ghost'ing the disk image from one Win95 desktop with my client application installed. This initial desktop had IE4.01-SP1 installed from a WinInstall package built for IE4.01 SP1.
Any knowledge shared on this problem is greatly appreciated.
