How do i access icons in a custom resourse file or dll file using VB.

Can anyone help.

I'm not sure if I understand what you want to do? If you want to load resources (icons) from your own *.res file, use the LoadResPicture of Visual Basic. If you want to load Icons from a compiled dll, exe or something like this, mail me and I'll send you a sample.
