I can't placed a ssPanel at design time. It displays that there is no license.

It sounds like you have to run the Sheridan 3D install again.
Something similar occured to me when I ran the install program for a shipping version of our app on my workstation. I got a ton of unlicensed control message boxes when I went into the VB IDE.
When the threed control gets re-registered (from some other installer), it wipes all licensing information. Fairly annoying.
Hope this solves the problem.
