Hello ,
Can anybody help me in creating hierarchy nodal structure, which is flexible and can handle database. it should have a good front end .

take a look at the TreeView control (Microsoft Common Controls) that comes with VB 5 and 6.

how do u create organisation chart in VB , it must handle database and must be flexible like frontpage navigation control.
