Java Communication with Browser Elements

Can any1 tell me if it is possible for a Java Applet 2 communicate with the browser elements..such as setting the values of Form fields or changing a target frame etc..Thanx in adv

U can try with package provided by netscape called JSObject. this will be very handy for u This is basically accessing javascript between java.
