what is hot java

I am new to java just 5 month young and am hearing about this new thing called hot java and am a bit curious about it can some one tell me what it is , and how to use it.

This is not exactly a new thing, it a browser written in Java from Sun. It's very big and slow. No javascript and limited HTML/DHTML support.
