JNI is Java Native Interface. Using this u can write platform specific stuff which can be invoked using Java. Its a class only, but its implementation is platform specific.

U will get detailed info at java.sun.com / www.javasoft.com

Hi.

Considering that Sun Java is a cross-platform, we may not write
the code to read the registry of Windows by Sun Java.

You can simply use VB or VC++ to do this task.

I mean that if we use Java to some application, we had better focus
on the application on any OSs.

Does anyone have an idea about this?
