Decoding Base 64 MIME Messages

Hi! I would like to seek for your assistance on decoding base 64 message content transfer encoding. I am retrieving documents from MS Exchange public folders and saving it to hard disk. Messages/documents are said to be encoded, so when writing it to a file, different contents are included. It needs to be decoded. I already made a method to do this but to no avail. Please help.

Also, is there are a way to determine the URL of documents in public folders of MS Exchange? I tried using the getURL method provided in JavaMail API but it only returns a value in the form of imap@hostname.username/Public Folder.
