exe->dll->rcdll how

i have the following problem:

i want to call a dialog of a resource-dll from a dll which is loaded by an exe.

again :-)

an exe loads a dll and call a function. this function creates a dialog which is from a resource-dll.

how can i do this.
does anybody know an example code ???
