Hey guys,
I just started to paruse the Exam Cram Java 2 certification book, and it stikes me as being very very basic material. It doesn't seem to really get into any of the advanced areas that make java powerful. At the begining of the book, the author made a point to say that the book was for people with Java experience and definately with programming experience. Well it looks like the exam is equivalent to a first university course in computing written in Java.
Has anyone taken this exam, or have any ideas on the subject? Does anyone consider this exam as a solid credential to have under your belt?
