I need to automate a visual basic build.
I have an DevStudio add in that ocmpiles
all my C++ programs, but I have a few controls in VB that need to be autobuilt as well. Does anyone have any examples or info on how to automate a vb build( preferrably through the devstudio add in I already have written in VB ).
thanks

The only way I've ever 'batched' built a group of visual basic programs is from a commandline / BAT file.

I basically added the \program files\microsoft visual studio\vb98 to my path environment variable, then used :

vb6 /make \myproject\mydll\mydll.vbp

- type syntax for each project.

Typing 'vb6.exe /?' at the command line prompt (once you have \program files\microsoft visu....' in your path) with show you the command line options.
