Browser Problem w/ slideshow

I have a Java slideshow on my site. Some of the pictures are different sizes. In IE5 it works fine! In Netscape it resizes the images to match the first image. See it for yourself @ http://www.members.home.net/moradivi/portfolio.htm

Is there a way to size each image? Is there a solution?
