Hi Gurus,
I dunno if this is the right place to be posting this. I am looking for freelance programmers to work on a VOIP and CallBack Service Project. If you or anyone who is willing to explore this with me, kindly email me at tmelvin@pacific.net.sg. Cos I have been searching for programmers for a long while but just could not find the right one who knows the right tools and knows what I want.
If this is not the right place to post this, kindly direct me to any sites or forums that I could find these group of talented programmers.
