Getting addresses

Is it possible to get ip addresses of all computers on local network?
I don't know how to do that ...Can you post something to help me out?

There are sniffers and pingers that can return these.

Or if you have access to the dhcp server...use the netsh or dhcpcmd tools to get a list of all IPs leased out on a subnet.
