Fortran???

Am I mistaken, in thinking that Visual Studio.net 2003 comes with support for a Fortran compiler and projects. Our school computers you can go in and enable a Fortran project, but on my personal pc, there is no such option. Is there something I have to do special??? Any help appreciated.
