This Senior Business Analyst will have responsibility for the oversight, design, development, testing and implementation of strategic projects.
This position will report to the Director of Technology Services in San Francisco, and be a key player in a rapidly evolving project-based services organization. To be an effective part of the team you must be a highly motivated, self-sufficient person who can not only think strategically and understand the big picture, but also one who can translate business objectives into a design and a project plan, and execute once the plans have been defined.
Our client delivers transformational business services to healthcare providers, enabling them to reduce costs and improve operational performance. Through the application of innovative technology and scaled solutions that range from consulting to full-service management, they are helping to set new standards for efficient healthcare delivery. Our client focuses on a growing list of business operations that includes supply chain management, purchased services and labor solutions.
To properly meet the expectations required of this position, the applicant should have working knowledge and/or prior experience with the
following:
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a project driven
environment, preferably with a Big 5 or similar consulting firm
- Solid hands-on experience of the full project lifecycle
- Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Project, Excel and Access a
must)
- Project Management methods and tools
- Industry Exchange or online auction experience
- Temporary labor related business processes
- Previous experience with a hosted software solution or ASP based
model
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Some travel (not to exceed 50%) required
Additional requirements:
- Advanced degree a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Application Integration experience a BIG plus
