Getting MS J++ To Use Later JDK

I am trying to use Microsoft Visual J++ (because I like the environment, no other reason, so no name-calling!) but it is old and uses JDK 1.0.2.

I have heard that it is possible to get it to use a later version of JDK, does anyone know how?
