Hi all,
First of all, this is a serious thread meant for discussing a certain special genre of song. If you wanna mess up here, I assure you.....given my superiority, status and power, I'll point my middle finger at you and make you a total wreck indeed. :thumbd:
Anyway, most of you folks here are from the West, so I think you folks are better versed in Western-style songs and all things Christian.
Recently, I've taken special liking and attention to a certain kind of song. It's those little sound clips that are played at the beginning of some movie trailers to make things hot and hype things up.
These little "holy-sounding" sound clips are like what those Christian choirs sings......it's like high-pitch and so ghostly that kind.
Do download the sample sound clip from : http://www.norse-myths.com/Sacred-1.mp3
Do turn on the volume to a loud one and play it.
What are such sound clips called? Christian choruses? Do they belong to any special music category?
They sound so holy, so special, yet so hollow and so gothic.
Thanks all!
Xeon. :)
