Redirect command.com to port ...ex. 80

i have been trying for the longest time to figure out how to redirect command.com to a port so you can telnet to it then issue remote commands. i have no clue how to do this... the only applications ive seen it done in is Netbus and it used redir32.exe and redirect.mod in your windows system directory HElp
