Company located in the Northern California Silicon Valley looking for an experienced Oracle Developer. This company is the leader in wireless handheld computing software and service, using industry standards to provide the corporate applications enterprises need on the handhelds they choose over the networks they prefer. The companys products extend mission-critical enterprise applications including Microsoft Exchange, Oracle, salesforce.com and Siebel to mobile employees when and where they need them.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Oracle Developer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle 11i Financials and other applications. Oracle Financials applications include: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Purchasing, and iExpense.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interface with internal business users on a daily basis.
Respond to user problem and enhancement requests.
Act as the primary point of escalation for one or more Oracle modules.
Prepare function and technical design documents.
Design and develop customization and enhancements.
Coordinate user testing and user sign-off.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and supporting Oracle Applications.
BS in Computer Science. Business degree would be helpful.
Expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle Tools and technologies (Reports, Forms, Discoverer, Workflow).
Extensive technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i modules.
Solid experience in developing customizations, enhancements, and interfaces in Oracle 11i environment.
Experience in providing day-to-day end-user production support.
